RESOLUTION NO. 2019-MR-36: A RESOLUTION OF THE MANORS OF INVERRARY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTING TWO MEMBERS TO THE ADVISORY COUNCIL; PROVIDING FOR TERMS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE (REQUESTED BY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS).

Request Action:

Appoint two members to the Advisory Council of the Manors of Inverrary Safe Neighborhood Improvement District for a two year term. 

 

Need:

There are two seats on the Advisory Council that are vacate or up for reappointment.  Hani Levy and Lucy Guiliano have expressed an interest in serving on the Council.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

The Manors Safe Neighborhood Improvement District’s Board of Directors need to appoint two members to the Advisory Council for the District. The new members shall be appointed for a (2) year term. The member must be the owner of real property located in the district area or be a resident of the district area. All members shall be subject to the rules and procedures for boards and committees set out in the City’s code, Chapter 2, Article 1. Members of the council are permitted to serve on other City Boards and / or Committees.
