Request Action:

Authorize the application to Broward MPO for repair and maintenance of sidewalks in an amount not to exceed $15,500.00 from surtax funds.

 

Need:

To approve an application for funding up to $15,500 for sidewalk repair and maintenance.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

Agreeing that the City would pay any expenditures necessary in excess of $15,500.00.  Agreeing that the City would provide continued maintenance of sidewalks corresponding to the properties specified on the exhibits.
