The City Manager & City Commission have had discussions regarding initiating this plan in Spring 2024 & executing it for the next five years through the "Lauderhill Vision 2030"
Need:
The City can regularly carry out the objectives outlined in the plan while working towards continued progress on the defined Strategic Priorities & Guiding Principles.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
By achieving the elements that make up the Vision/Strategic Plan, the City of Lauderhill further shapes itself as a model community.
