Request Action:

Commission acceptance of the attached Grant of Non-Exclusive Easement to Install Concrete Wall from the Hills of Inverrary located at 3417 Heather Terrace.

 

 

Need:

The City wishes to construct an eight foot (8’) concrete wall within the easement area as designated in the sketch and description attached. 

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

As part of the 2016 General Obligation Bond initiative, the Hills of Inverrary has requested a privacy wall be constructed along Inverrary Blvd.  This agreement will allow the construction of the wall and describes future maintenance responsibility.
