Pass a Resolution to approve the Municipal Traffic Control and Public Safety Ingress/Egress Agreement between the City of Lauderhill and the Georgetown Community located at 1414 N.W. 34th Way for Local Traffic Enforcement.

Approve a Local Traffic Enforcement Agreement

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

Georgetown Community at 1414 N.W. 34th Way requested a Local Traffic Enforcement Agreement with the City police department.  Per Florida Statute, 316.006 a written agreement is required to permit access to a private road way for enforcement.
