Pass an Ordinance to correct errors in the calculation of the aggregate rolled back rate and the rolled back rate and the calculation of the precentage increases over both rates as the Department of Revenue advised the City that the rates were not calculated accurately when first submitted.

To correct the aggregage rolled back rate and rolled back rate and percentage increases over those rates.

The Department of Revenue advised the City of Lauderhill Finance Department that the initial aggregared rolled back rates and rolled back rates and the percentages over those rates were miscalculated. This ordinance corrects the clerical errors on the record with a retroactive effective date back to when the original applicable resolution and ordinances were initially passed.
