Request Action:
the city commission is being requested to approve the piggybacking on the FLORIDA SHERIFF’S CONTRACT fsa23-EQU21.0 AND THE SOURCE WELL CONTRACT 110421-alt for the purchase of vehicles AND EQUIPMENT to be used by VARIOUS departmentS from MULTIPLE VENDORS LISTED ON THIS CONTRACT not to exceed $623,998.86
Need:
This action will allow the city to replace VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT that have been in service in the city’s fleet for several years and have exceeded their useful life. The addition of new units to the fleet will aid staff in providing the efficient and effective service expected by the residents of the City of Lauderhill.

The FLORIDA SHERIFF’S CONTRACT AND SOURCEWELL through it various member departments have procured vehicles and equipment at advantageous pricing. this pricing has been extended to all cities, counties, and municipalities in the State of Florida.
