Approve the "As Is" Purchase Agreement for the CRA to sell the property to Jalecia K. Mack.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

The CRA Redevelopment Plan calls for infill house development and sales. This Contract for $348,500.00 was entered into for the sale/purchase of the Model B unit located at 5821 N.W. 28th Street.
