Request Action:
Commission acceptance of the attached Quit Claim Deeds from Broward County located at 115 South Andrews Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33301.
Need:
The City wishes to accept the ownership of Inverrary Boulevard West. This road should be under the jurisdiction of the City for maintenance and improvements.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
These Quit Claim Deeds will transfer the ownership of Inverrary Boulevard West from W. Oakland Park Boulevard to NW 44 Street. This will give the City the full and free right and authority to construct, maintain, repair, install, and rebuilding any improvements in, over, under, through, upon or across the right-of-way area.
