Request Action:

Approve a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the development plan for the operation of the conversion from the hotel to multi-family use located at 3501 Inverrary Boulevard.

 

Need:

To approve a MOU regarding the conversion and operation plan for the Inverrary Hotel from hotel use to multi-family use.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

The Inverrary has been closed.  The applicant, Cuidad De Nuestros Angeles I, LLC., has requested to convert from a hotel use to a multi-family use.  The applicant feels the multi-family use will be more economically stable.  This Memorandum of Understanding states the terms and conditionts that must be met for the conversion and operation of the hotel to multi-family use.
