Need: The Land Development Regulations presently does not define certain uses that are currently operating within the City of Lauderhill.
Summary Explanation/ Background: As such the Planning and Zoning staff is defining both is adding a definition for Food Distribution Center Land Uses and also Scrap Metal Processing Plant Uses which are currently operating within the City of Lauderhill. Land Uses and their definitions are supposed to be codified in LDR Schedule A., Land Use Classifications. These land use classifications are then supposed to be listed in LDR Schedule B., Allowable Uses

Cost Summary/ Fiscal Impact: The Division finds the implementation of this Resolution may not require a budget allocation or expenditure of City funds and concludes it may not have any direct fiscal impact on the City’s budget.
