Request Action:

Pass a Resolution to approve State Highway Lighting, Maintenance and Compensation Agreement (Contract ASM27) with the State of Florida Department of Transportation.

 

Need:

To approve a Highway Lighting Maintenance and Compensation Agreement.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background:

The State of Florida Department of Transportation will pay the City of Lauderhill $60,096.32 per fiscal year that the contract remains in effect to continue to maintain the highway lighting per Contract ASM27.
