Request Action:
This is a lease agreement between the City of Lauderhill and the Lauderhill Mall Investment, LLC for renewal as of June 2025. This is the renewal lease for the temporary location for the Lauderhill Police Department. This lease agreement amount is not to exceed $110,000.
Need:
To approve the renewal of the lease agreement between the City of Lauderhill and Lauderhill Mall Investments, LLC which is the temporary location for the Lauderhill Police Department. The amount of the lease will not exceed $110,000 and will be processed from account #001-512-3418.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
This is a lease agreement between City of Lauderhill and the Lauderhill Mall Investment, LLC, the latter of which is the temporary location for the Lauderhill Police Department during the renovation of the police station. We need to extend the lease until the renovations are complete. The amount needed will not exceed $110,000.
