Request Action:

Commission acceptance of the attached Easement for FP&L to install electrical connections to the new City Hall Annex building.

 

Need: (Why is there a need for this action?)

The City wishes to grant FP&L an easement so that electrical connections can be done for the new City Hall Annex building.

 

Summary Explanation/ Background: (Provide a summary/background of this agenda request)

The Easement with give FP&L an exclusive easement for the construction, operation, and maintenance of overhead and underground electrical utility facilities.  This will give FP&L the full and free right and authority to construct, maintain, repair, install, and rebuilding the electrical facilities in, over, under, through, upon or across the easement area. The easement will serve the new City Hall Annex building and connect the existing building owned by the Inverrary Association as well.
