Request Action:
Approve a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the Community Foundation of Broward to formally document and complete the administrative closeout of the previously approved grant agreement.
Need Summary Explanation/ Background:
The grant agreement with the Community Foundation of Broward has concluded, and the City Commission has eliminated the Lauderhill Health and Prosperity Partnership as a City initiative. This action is needed to formally document and complete the administrative closeout of the grant, including final reporting and reconciliation of any unexpended funds, to ensure fiscal accountability and compliance.
