Approval of a contract award pursuant to RFP No. 2026-037 - Engineering Services for Compliance with Lead & Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) - Phase 2 (Re-Bid) to CHA Consulting, Inc., to provide engineering services to support Phase 2 implementation of its Lead & Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) program in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) LCRI and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) requirements.

The City of Lauderhill issued RFP No. 2026-037 - Engineering Services for Compliance with Lead & Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) - Phase 2 (Re-Bid) to solicit proposals from qualified proposers to provide engineering services to support Phase 2 implementation of its Lead & Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) program in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) LCRI and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) requirements. Phase 2 focuses on implementation support, regulatory compliance, and engineering evaluation based on completed Phase 1 planning and data collection.
