Pass a Resolution to approve the proposed City Commission calendar meeting dates and/or any cancellation or rescheduling of dates for the 2020 fiscal year.
Need:
Approval if the annual calendar enables staff to provide legal advanced notices and publications to the public of such meetings.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Approval of the annual calendar of the 2020 Fiscal Year will enable staff to better provide for advanced legal notices to the public of meeting dates and cancellations for the upcoming year.
