Requesting approval for the creation of a new job description - Operations I (LPAC).
Need:
To reclassify positions at the LPAC to ensure operational efficiency.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
This position is necessary to restructure the classifications at the LPAC, to meet the growing needs of the facility and the patrons.

Cost Summary/ Fiscal Impact:
Position will be going into the General Pay Plan, Step 5, with the starting rate of $11.59, the same as the current Theater Assistant I position. No fiscal impact.
