Adopt a Resolution appointing Barika Williams (current alternate) to fill the vacant position created by the resignation of Ruth Jean, Esq., who was Commissioner Berger’s appointment to fill the unexpired term.
Need:
replace to fill the unexpired vacant term of a Regular Member.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Attorney Ruth Jean has resigned. Commissioner Berger has agreed to appoint Barika Williams who is the current alternate to fill the unexpired term of Attorney Jean as a Regular Member expiring November 2020.
