Request Action:

Pass an Ordinance to approve a Capital Budget Adjustment in the total amount not to exceed $79,912.00 for various Change Orders from Ahrens Company re: the City Hall Annex GO Bond project.

Summary Explanation/ Background:

Construction Change Order #1 was for permit fees in the amount of $13,844.68.  Construction Changer Order #2 was rescinded.  Construction Change Order #3 in the amount of $1,114.00 was for the removal of concealed construction debris. The City requested changes to the design of the gym wall in the City Hall Annex building which resulted in additional costs.  Changer Order #4 reflects the change in costs in the amount of $64,946.20 for the modification to the stucco finish for the gym wall, option 2. For total adjustments in the amount not to exceed $79,912.00.
