Summary Explanation/ Background:
Award the bid to Lego Construction in response to RFP 2024-009 regarding Fire Station 57 Improvements. FEMA Hazard Mitigation grant was award in the amount of $508,707.45 which will be used for payment.
?Total Awarded amount for FEMA's 75% portion is $494,958.60 and City's 25% match is $54,995.40 which equals a Total of $549,954.00
Any amount OVER $549,954 is the responsibility of the City. All Change Orders above the $549,954 will be paid by City.

The City has also been given $13,748.85 for administrative costs which is in addition to the $549,954.00.
