Request Action:
Pass an Ordinance to Amend the City Code of Ordinances to accurately reflect the current practices and procedures regarding agenda, etc.
Need:
To update the city code to reflect current practices and procedures.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Several sections of the code are outdated as to the actual current practices and procedures regarding the delivery of city commission agenda and as to the name of the city planner. This ordinance amends Code Sections 2-152, 2-154, 2-157, and 2-158.
