ORDINANCE NO. 19O-03-101: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SCHEDULE L, IN ITS ENTIRETY INCLUDING SECTIONS 1 THROUGH SECTION 6 AS A COMPREHENSIVE AMENDMENT TO UPDATE THE ENGINEERING STANDARDS, PROCEDURES AND FORMS FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES CITYWIDE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE (REQUESTED BY CITY MANAGER, CHARLES FARANDA).

Request Action:
The City has done a comprehensive review to update the Engineering Standards, Procedures and Forms throughout the City. These amendments to all of the Sections of Schedule L, are necessary to complete this update. A procedures manual will also be adopted via Resolution which incorporates the Forms referenced in Section 6.
Need:
Amend Land Development Regulations, Schedule L in its entirety Sections 1.01 through 1.09 regarding general site plan procedures.

Amend Land Development Regulations Sections 1.01 through 1.09 to update the engineering standards throughout the city.
