Adopt a Resolution to appoint Sha-Mekeyia Davis to the Lauderhill Housing Authority Board.
Need:
To fill the vacant position on the Lauderhill Housing Authority Board due to resignation of Sarai S. Martin.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
Sarai S. Martin resigned his position on February 5, 2019, leaving a vacant position expiring November 2019. Sha-Mekeyia Davis has expressed interest in serving for the remainder of this term with Mayor Ken Thurston confirming his approval of the appointment.
