Adopt a Resolution approving the donation of $18,772.00 to the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Broward County (ADRC).
Need:
Funds matched by the City of Lauderhill to be used to continue serving Lauderhill seniors 60 years and over, and their need to live a decent retirement life with merited dignity.
Summary Explanation/ Background:
The Areawide Council on Aging (ADRC) is a nonprofit 501(C) (3) corporation, is a Federal and State Mandated Local Match program where they have developed a Fair Share Methodology to secure required matched funds from local municipalities and from Broward County. The City of Lauderhill Commission approved $18,772.00 from fiscal year 2017.
